Paragliding in Manali has become a fast growing adventure activity that is drawing INDIAN as well as western tourists for adventure holidays! Manali Paragliding is mostly happening at slopes of Solang Valley which is equally famous for other adventure sports activities like Zorbing, Horse Riding , Skiing and Rope Way, all in one !

Paragliding as a recreational adventure sports in Manali is liked both by youngsters as well as mature people who like to entertain themselves with this amazing sports once in their lifetime. Manali Paragliding is organised by expert paragliding pilots who have more than a decade experience with Paragliding and Flying in Manali as well as internationally recognised Paragliding spots in Manali as well as Himachal Pradesh, North INDIA.

Paragliding in Manali and Solang Valley is mostly done with two or three options that include Short Flying, Medium Flying and Long Distance Flying.

Paragliding is organized in Kullu valley throughout the year at Solang Valley, located 14 kms from Manali and other locations like Marhi, Fatru, Dobhi, Kullu, Bijli Mahadev etc. There are generally two kind of flights:

1. Short flights : The client is taken 100 – 150 mts up the slope and takes a flight along with the pilot in the two seater paraglider. The flight lasts for approximately 60 – 90 seconds.

2. High flying : Approximately 20-30 minutes flight and arranged at Fatru, Kothi and Bijli Mahadev. Mainly for experienced pilots who have done short flights.
